Book Launch of Hetty: A True Story

Lit Festival at All Saint's College 2009

Hetty was invited to the Lit Fest '09 to give some short lectures to the students and to participate as a panel member on the council for human rights at All Saints' College this March 25th - 27th. Hetty kept her young audience spell bound and after her condensed discussion of the contents of her book, there was not a dry eye in the place, when she had finished.

Many spontaneous questions were forth coming and Hetty answered them all with great charm. Her love of children shone through and great respect and affection was shown for Hetty when her book sold out at the festival. Many gathered around for her book signing where Hetty was more than happy to meet her new young fans.
